Governing Body:
United States
Powerlifting Federation (membership required). Membership cards may
be purchased the day of the event for $25.00 (DO NOT include with entry
form).
Weight Classes:
Men - 114, 123,
132, 148, 165, 181, 198, 220, 242, 275, 308, SHW
Women - 97,
105, 114, 132, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198, 198+
Competition Format:
Squat, Bench
Press and Deadlift.
Awards:
1st, 2nd and
3rd places in each weight class within each division receive Georgia Games
medals. Athletes who qualify for more than on division may compete in
a maximum of 2 divisions. GA State USPF Powerlifting Certificates
will be available in the event any new state records are set. All
competitors will receive a Georgia Games T-shirt.
Weigh-In Times:
Friday - July
16, 2010 - 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at meet site.
Saturday - July
17, 2010 - 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at meet site.
