- At all Venues, Masks will be required at all times except during ACTUAL competition.

- Social Distancing is required except during actual competition

- Additional safe guards will be instituted so show up to the venue early.

New for this year: previous registrants know that it was a 2-step process and you were not given an option of making payment with PayPal.

The SCPA and GA Games have worked out a streamlined process allowing players to register,

sign the online waiver and make payment using PayPal (or with your Discover, VISA, or Master Card) online using: www.PickleballTournaments.com

Must be registered and paid in full by May 21, 2021 including signed online waiver!
Waivers MUST be signed prior to competing which includes Georgia Games & SCPA Waivers.

Limited to only 300 participants & limited on brackets that exceed a specified size; all others after will be placed on a waitlist

Entry Fee:

Georgia Residents: $50 Entry Fee –

Out of State Residents: $55

(includes all events and t-shirt: unisex sizes S – XXXL)

Competition Classes:

This will be a skill/age group tournament.

The tournament director may combine skill levels and/or age groups, if necessary

Round Robin Matches
- Age Groups: 15+, 35+, 50+, 60+, 70+, 80+
- Skill Levels: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0
- Competition Details: (Players may choose to play down in age or up in skill level)

All players will receive a T-shirt. Medals will be awarded to the top 3 Players in each skill/age division

Tournament Schedule:

^{June 5th}: Mixed Doubles (begin play at 8:00AM)

^{June 6th}: Men’s & Women’s Doubles (Begin play at 8:00AM)

NOTE: You will be informed by email the week of the tournament when the playing schedules are available.

Please plan to check-in one hour before your scheduled start time.

Tournament format: Round Robin

Tournament Balls:

Skill Levels 3.5 and below: Onix Fuse G2 Outdoor Ball
Skill Levels 4.0 and above: Franklin X40 Outdoor Ball

REFUND POLICY

There will be NO REFUND of entry fees, except if an applicant is determined to be ineligible because of failure to meet residency or age requirements.

NO refunds due to inclement weather. If a refund is granted, a service fee may be charged.

RULES

Directors reserve the right to cancel / combine events or reclassify players.

The competition will follow USAPA 2020 official Tournament Rulebook.
