ENTRY FEE

ON-LINE REGISTRATION ONLY

Adults: $25 each singles event

Junior Singles: $20

Novice: $25 for adults or juniors

Georgia or Cadet Cup: $200 per team

(Juniors and Novice players entering adult events must pay the adult fee)

* Out of state residents pay an additional $5 fee

Residents from AL, FL, NC, SC, and TN are welcome to register!

(If an out of state players wins a medal, the next qualifying Georgian will receive the same medal)

Deadline: Friday July 4th, 2024

Refunds will only be given under the following circumstances:

• Entry received after maximum numbers of teams or individuals are bracketed.

• Insufficient number of teams or individuals entered.

• Entry received from a non-qualified athlete.

Players in Novice event may enter on site by 8:30 a.m. Saturday, July 13

• Junior Singles (10 & under, 12-, 14-, 16-, 18-)

*Players can only enter one age limited singles event.

• Under 2000 Round Robin (Limit of 64 players)
• Hard Bat Singles
• Novice singles (new players or under 1000 rating)
• (Limit of 64 players-rackets provided)
• Georgia Cup
• Cadet Cup (USATT affiliated clubs in Georgia only)

9:30 AM: Georgia Cup Teams

11:00am Hard Bat Singles

1:00 PM: Novice Singles (24 player limit)

1:30 PM: Cadet Cup Teams

3:00 PM Junior Singles (All Ages)

6:00 PM Open Doubles

Sunday

9:00 AM: Under 2000 Round Robin

11:00 AM: Senior Singles (All Ages)

11:30 AM: Women’s Singles

11:30 AM: Men’s Singles

2:00 PM: Under 2000 Event Class Extension: Class A, B, C, D Singles

*Players are placed into class events based on their finish in the Under 2000 Round Robin

Junior, Novice, and Under 2000 are round robin; all other events single elimination.

Group winners in the Under 2000 advance to Class A, B, C, or D based on where they finish in the round robin (groups of 4)

USATT membership is required for all events except Novice.

Membership fees one year: Basic $25; Pro $75.

Equipment

Donic tables and nets; White Nittaku Premium ★★★ 40+ balls; wooden floor.

Novice event: must use rackets provided by Georgia Games

Ratings

All singles events except Novice, will be submitted for USATT ratings.

The Novice event will not be rated.
