Entry Fee:
Entry Fee Paid by June 15th is $30.00 which includes shirt; after June 15th is $35.00.
Note: a $35.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks.
No refunds will be made after entries have been accepted in compliance with USBC rules.
Deadline for State Level Competition Entries is June 15th; no entry will be accepted after this date.
Refunds will only be given under the following circumstances:
• Entry received after maximum numbers of teams or individuals are bracketed.
• Insufficient number of teams or individuals entered.
• Entry received from a non-qualified athlete.
