Price: $40 for first event, $10 per person for each additional event

The DUPR question in ONLY being used to help make even playing brackets. Any reporting is up to the players.

Refunds will only be given under the following circumstances:

• Entry received after maximum numbers of teams or individuals are bracketed.

• Insufficient number of teams or individuals entered.

• Entry received from a non-qualified athlete.

Up to 8 Teams/Singles Players for Round Robin Pool

Best of Round Round Pool will determine places.

All pools are maximizing participation within parameters of individual skills AND age groupings.

Skill Levels: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0

Saturday, July 11: Women’s Doubles, Men’s Doubles, Men’s Singles, Women’s Singles

Sunday, July 12:  Mixed Doubles (begin play at 8:00AM)

Tournament format: Round Robin

Schedule Format: Brackets will be scheduled back-to-back within a 3 hour time block.

NOTE: You will be informed by email the week of the tournament when the playing schedules are available.

Please plan to check-in one hour before your scheduled start time

Directors reserve the right to cancel / combine events or reclassify players.

The competition will generally follow USAPA official Tournament Rulebook with Georgia Games Modifications.

Equipment:

• Tournament Balls: Franklin X40 Outdoor Ball
• Paddles: no restrictions on pickleball brands

Players are reminded that no bags or chairs are allowed on the courts at any time

Non-marking court shoes are required

Facility has onsite restrooms

Limited shade structures available but feel to bring your own chairs and tents.
