The tournament is set up into three hour time blocks where all of your day's games are played.

WHEN & WHERE

May 31-June 2, 2024

Hosted at North Park, Alpharetta, GA

Deadline: extended until Monday, May 27 at 2:00pm.

DETAILS & REGISTRATION:

Limited to only 350 participants & limited on brackets that exceed a specified size;

all others after will be placed on a waitlist 

Entry Fee:

$35 first event, $5 each additional event

(includes all events and t-shirt: unisex sizes S – XXL)

Competition Classes:

This will be a skill/age group tournament.

The tournament committee will schedule matches based on ages, skills and gender.

Combining skill levels and/or age groups, if necessary

Note: Players and Teams will be placed in round robin brackets of 8 or less

as close to their skill and age as possible

Tournament Format:

Up to 8 Teams/Singles Players for Round Robin Pool

Best of Round Round Pool will determine places.

All pools are maximizing participation within parameters of individual skills AND age groupings.

Skill Levels: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0

All players will receive a T-shirt.

Medals will be awarded to the top 3 Players in each skill/age pool division.

June 1: Mixed Doubles (begin play at 8:00AM)

June 2: Women’s Singles & Men’s Doubles (Begin play at 8:00AM)

NOTE: You will be informed by email the week of the tournament when the playing schedules are available.

Please plan to check-in one hour before your scheduled start time.

REFUND POLICY

There will be NO REFUND of entry fees, except if an applicant is determined to be ineligible because of failure to meet residency or age requirements.

NO refunds due to inclement weather. If a refund is granted, a service fee may be charged.

Directors reserve the right to cancel / combine events or reclassify players.

The competition will follow USAPA 2024 official Tournament Rulebook.

Players are reminded that no bags or chairs are allowed on the courts at any time

Non-marking court shoes are required

Pickleball Facility has onsite restrooms

Limited shade structures available but feel to bring your own chairs and tents.
